Bespoke Polaroid Frames: Crafted from ultra-light stone plastic clay, available in two distinct styles to hug your instant photos. Full Frame variant: Approx. 5 x 8 cm. Half Frame variant: Approx. 5 x 10 cm. The Kiln: Both products endure a rigorous 1300℃ high-temperature firing process to achieve their final ceramic state. [How to Commission Your Piece] ① Order: Select your desired specifications. ② Share Your Pet: Send us Etsy messages with clear photos of your pet (front, side, and back angles help us capture their essence). Our pattern design and basic structural modeling are completely complimentary! ③ Production: After finalizing the details, the clay sculpting begins. [The Artisan's Timeline & Delivery] True craftsmanship cannot be rushed. Your order goes through a strict 9-step traditional pottery process: Shaping → Air Drying → Bisque Firing → Coloring → Air Drying → Glazing → High-Temperature Firing → Cooling → Completion. Standard production takes 2 weeks. However, we ask for a 3-week total processing window. This extra week is our "kiln buffer" to protect against unpredictable firing accidents like glaze discoloration or hairline cracks. If a piece doesn't meet our standards, we remake it. Once shipped, transit takes about 1 week. If any delays happen in the studio, we will notify you promptly via Etsy. Thank you for your patience!
