Upon order confirmation, we require 10-12 working days for meticulous crafting:

  1. Custom design finalization
  2. 5-day raw body shaping & primary kiln firing
  3. 2-day underglaze painting
  4. Final high-temperature firing (1280℃)
    • Global Shipping
    Completed items ship via DHL/UPS with 3-5 business days delivery (Free shipping in Mainland China, overseas postage supplement required).

     (Video must show: Courier waybill → Unboxing process → Product condition; filmed continuously with no edits)
    ③ Replacement: Free reshipment within 72 hours after approval

IV. Risk Notices

  1. Service Limitations

    • Exchanged products will match current inventory versions (may be upgraded iterations)
    • Accounts exceeding 5 annual exchange requests at the same address will be restricted

  2. Evidence Retention
