[The Journey to You] True craftsmanship takes time. Your cup goes through a long, careful process: clay shaping → air drying → bisque firing → hand-painting → air drying → glazing → high-temp firing → cooling → finished piece. Production typically takes about 2 weeks. We usually ask for an extra 1-week buffer just in case the "kiln gods" aren't on our side (to account for unexpected color variations, cracks, etc.).
